Stock Garments Questions

Where are the garments manufactured?

The Continental range is produced in Turkey (a few sweatshirt items in China).
The EarthPositive range is produced entirely in India.

Will the garments shrink in the wash?

The garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance.
To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 40C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat. Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect the dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of colour.
For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

Are the T-shirts print-ready?

All our garments are reactive dyed and ready for printing in a wide variety of print techniques including discharge printing.

Do the T-shirts have any labels or tags?

Continental garments have a plain size label in the back neck and a logo on the inside wash/care label.
EarthPositive garments have a back neck label with size, the EarthPositive “Tick” symbol and the wording “Climate Neutral”. The inside wash/care label has the organic standard and low carbon logos.

Stock Sales Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are usually picked, packed and despatched the same or next working day.

What is next day delivery?

Our standard delivery service with the mainland UK is the “next day” service, which means the goods are normally delivered the next working day before 5 pm. However, as with all transport services, there is no absolute guarantee, and on rare occasions there may be a delay in delivery due to adverse weather, road conditions, etc.
For deliveries outside the mainland UK, the standard transit time varies from 2 to 4 days depending on the destination.
Our standard delivery service is provided by DPD. You will receive an email notification when the goods are despatched, and will be able to track the shipment live on the DPD website.

How much is the delivery cost?

The standard charge in the UK is £5 for every bag or box of garments. Please refer to the price list to find out how many garments of a particular style fit in one box. You will see the delivery charge calcuation on the checkout page in our Webshop
Large consignments will be charged at lower rates per carton. You will be notified when this applies to your order.
Transport charges for deliveries outside the mainland UK vary depending on the destination. You will be give the applicable charge on the Webshop at the point of checking out and completing your order.

How often does stock get replenished?

All product lines are regularly replenished. We strive to minimize “out of stock” periods, however periodically, especially in high season, items may be out of stock for a period of time. The Webshop shows details of forthcoming deliveries.

Can I return goods to you? What is your returns policy?

Samples are non-returnable. Faulty garments can be returned free of charge for a refund or exchange within 28 days of supply. Unwanted garments may be returned, subject to approval, within 28 days of supply but a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied. In every case, a returns form has to be submitted through the Webshop, and an official authorization received before any goods are sent back. Please note, unauthorized returns will be rejected by the warehouse.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What are your payment terms?
