The Fabrics

Our fabrics are what sets this service apart from any and all others.

We understand that fabrication is the most important element in the construction of any garment, so have made available, for your private label and custom blank manufacture, 34 of the most relevant and highest quality fabrics, which we hold in stock for your immediate use.

Almost any garment can be produced from our fabrics, however some fabrics are particularly suited to certain garment applications. If you are in any doubt, please speak to a member of our production team who will advise you on the most suitable fabric for your use.

To produce these superior fabrics, we select the premier yarns from the Aegean and Egyptian cotton producing regions for knitting into the fine yarns we require. We developed 11 new custom fabrics, each indicative of the latest styles and trends. The new fabrics are lighter, softer and more versatile, and include four new organic fabrics.

Dying and finishing is the final phase for creating perfect fabrics. Across our 34 fabrics we have an extensive and original color palette of over 120 contemporary colors. All our fabrics are reactive dyed to enable discharge printing and to ensure colorfastness (except organic ecru). In addition to the colors shown, a full color palette, in PMS (Pantone© Matching System), is available for each fabric quality. Any color imaginable is achievable.

Our signature fabric in double-face knit, is highly regarded for its compact, close knit construction and excellent suitability for screen printing. A premium weight fabric for a more sophisticated, fitted look.

This is our classic and most widely used from among a number of different jersey fabrics. The soft combed finish, durable and tight gauge knit make it perfect for a high quality basic T-shirt.

Bamboo rayon is rapidly emerging into the fashion world. Fabric woven from bamboo rayon is light, almost translucent, and softer than cotton. It has a hand feel like silk, but has the advantage of being machine-washable.
